Hi Wally, I just want to thank you again for your energy audit and advice on our smelly A/C issues. We have applied for and received the no interest loan from Jax Metro Credit Union and will set up the new ductwork installation. We have also done some lightbulb switchouts and are in the process of shutting off our two "extra" refrigerators and looking at our options for a new energy efficient kitchen fridge. I also want to especially thank you and your staff, notably Tonya, for quickly resolving the <15% savings issue on the E3 form that initially held up the loan process with Jax Metro. She said that you were out of town but that she would attempt to reach you in order to set things right with JEA and the credit union. Of course the next time I called Jay Hogan, it was all taken care of. I really appreciate that. I will let you know how things go with the ductwork upgrade, so you can hopefully provide other homeowners some good advice in the future if the issue comes up again. I'm pretty sure it will.
