COMPLIANCE ISSUES: If you've been notified of a City of Jacksonville Code Compliance issue in regards to a meth lab, HomePro cannot do your meth lab testing. Meth lab testing and cleanup for clearing a compliance issue must be done by an approved contractor. You need to contact the Code Compliance Department for specific instructions, Robert Prado, 904-255-7002. Visit this website for more information: http://www.coj.net/Departments/Environmental-and-Compliance/Municipal-Code-Compliance.aspx.

In Duval and St. Johns Counties, properties where drug contamination is found must be certified as clean before they can be occupied again. The certification process includes an evaluation, testing, and cleaning by approved contractors (who are typically vetted by the county for their expertise), then more testing after the the cleanup is completed. Contact your county code compliance office for approved contractors.
