best service value!
Home Inspection: As a buyer, seller, or homeowner, the
home inspection will describe the current condition of the home.
Report Summary: Lists Major and Minor problems in one
convenient list to help you and your real estate agent easily
sort the needed repairs as identified by the home inspection report.
WDO Inspection: The Wood Destroying Organisms report,
otherwise known as the Termite Inspection. We use technology that
other companies don't want to buy (infrared cameras), and go into
the places where other companies routinely disclaim (like the
attic and roof!).
Infrared Survey: Infrared cameras are the most significant
advancement in home inspections since the invention of the flashlight.
The use of infrared technology is a bit like an MRI for your home!
Mold Screening: A visual examination of the home looking
for mold-like substances. (mold
testing extra)
Moisture Analysis: Blends visual observations with moisture
equipment readings and infrared, checking for moisture in the
home
Wind Mitigation Assessment: may qualify you for discounts
on your homeowner's insurance, especially if your home is located
in the wind
borne debris regions.
4 Point Insurance Letter: for obtaining homeowner's insurance
on your home, typically needed when the home is 10+ years old
(we've even had insurance companies request this service on home
that were only 5 years old).
90-Day Limited Home Warranty: a unique "gap"
coverage from the time of the home inspection til after closing.
This special warranty features no deductible, no service charge,
& no claims fee! This product is a compliment to warranty
coverage that others may provide.
Home Re-inspection: For checking the repairs done in
response to the home inspection report.
WDO Re-inspection Report: For checking the repairs done
in response to the WDO inspection report. This service is typically
needed when the original WDO Inspection report was not "clear"
or "clean".
Other services for greater peace of mind:
Chinese Drywall
Evaluation: If the home was built or remodeled between 2001
and 2009, this tainted or toxic drywall product may have been
installed, as it was in tens of thousands of Florida homes during
the last construction boom. A variety of health symptoms have
been reported as caused by Chinese Drywall.
Water Testing:
If the home has a well, to test for lead, chemical (nitrates),
and bacteria (fecal chloroforms).
Mold
Testing: It's a fact that more and more houses are sitting
vacant these days, which means limited ventilation and typically
little to no air conditioning. These conditions are ripe for mold
growth; testing the air in the home is a simple way to gain comfort.
Especially useful if someone in the home is health-compromised,
frail, or has asthma or allergies.
Lead Paint Test:
If the home was built in 1978 or before, especially if a small
child will live in the home.
Radon Test: Radon
cannot be seen or smelled, but this gas is the second leading
cause of cancer after smoking, and is the leading cause of cancer
among non-smokers. It occurs from the radioactive breakdown of
naturally occurring radium found in most Florida soils.
Asbestos Testing:
Malignant mesothelioma is a form of cancer that is usually caused
by exposure to asbestos, which was used commonly in a wide variety
of building materials like insulation, ceiling tiles, floor tiles,
popcorn ceiling spray, pipe wrap, and more.
