- One Year Warranty Inspection - Done just before
the end of the builder's warranty, typically at the
10 or 11-month point. Our inspector will inspect all
systems, evaluating the structure, exterior, roof, attic,
slab, electric, heating/air, kitchen, plumbing, and
interior. For even more detail, upgrade to a 4 or 5
Star Warranty Inspection Package. If you had us perform
