Includes an infrared spot check of major mechanical systems only. Comes complete with color photos. The entire report is printed and delivered on site, at the time of the inspection.

A home inspection should give you peace of mind, but when handled incorrectly can have the opposite effect. It's alright. Much of the report will contain minor imperfections, remaining life expectancies, and maintenance recommendations. Occasionally, there will be larger issues, and these are the items that you need to focus on: Major Concerns, Repair or maintenance conditions that may lead to a major concern, and Clear and present Safety issues. Even when these situations arise, you shouldn't be greatly concerned. Instead, first find out more information from the inspector, and then determine how to address the issue within the scope of your situation. Often, these problems can be easily corrected.
