Non-Destructive Moisture Intrusion Inspections
(with infrared technology)

A visual analysis of the exterior of the building envelope looking for vulnerabilities that may allow moisture into the walls, as well as an analysis of the interior looking for signs that moisture has not penetrated inside the home. Where there is symptom, sophisticated moisture equipment is used to determine if the moisture is active, and then an infrared scan of the building envelope is used to determine if there is moisture inside the walls even when there is no symptom. Includes an infrared scan and photos in the final report.
