Here we have, for your enjoyment, a small collection of inspection
photos. Some are extremely funny, others are just plain scary!

Big or small, we inspect 'em all, as our inspector
Chris Brown likes to say!

This situation was very strange. These OSB panels are covering an
open area in the roof where a piece of duct was installed. The duct
ran up through the roof, and back inside again.

This is a fairly regular occurance. This is the roof area of a home,
looking down from another part of the roof. This roof is in desperate
need of cleaning!

It doesn't look like it, but this is a photo of an A/C filter (laying
on carpet). Yes, those little blue air filters, the ones you should
change once per month! We couldn't even guess at how long this one
had been installed.

This photo shows amateur plumbing workmanship - they forgot to install
a trap under the sink! Then on the left, the sink drain is connected
to the pipe by duct tape.

This is the crawlspace area of one Jacksonville home, and those
stumps are cypress trees! Oh, yeah - and there's quite a bit of
insulation falling down.

Subfloor? We don't need no subfloor! This photo is the underside
of the bathtub from the crawlspace. That must be one chilly bath!

Speaking of no subfloors, how about this "crawl space"?
It could more appropriately be called a "swim space".
This home was built right over the top of a swimming pool! Those
are the floor joists at the top of the picture.

Electrician? Who needs an electrician? Just tape all that stuff
together. If it works, it MUST be wired correctly!
