So why should you have your WDO Inspection performed by A7 at the same time as your HomePro inspection? There are MANY reasons!

    • Use moisture meters around windows to detect sources of leaks, which can attract wood destroying organisms.
    • Use infrared imaging to detect moisture inside those places where the human eye cannot see!
    • Will go where others fear to tread - roofs, attics, crawlspaces
    • Will "sound" the building with a probe, inside and out, searching for wood destroying organisms, including termites.
    • Include pictures of the items of concern with your WDO report.
    • You will receive your A7 WDO report the same day as the inspection, at the time of inspection.

    • Continuing education includes classes required by the Florida State Department of Agriculture.
    • Ongoing training includes review and critique of all WDO inspection reports.
