things he found. I used your service because in Florida we are succeptable
to moisure we can't see causing problems. The thermal imaging is
an excellent tool. You are a little more expensive than other providers,
however with the additional tools that you use, and the complete
reporting, who wants to skimp on the biggest purchase of your life.

Allen Schimmelmann has been performing home

little different, as with concerns for my Mother, you could have
done an even more in depth detailed inspection of the problems I
have seen for years and now I have the confirmation of from
a neutral third party. I know there are some more hidden
problems under the surface, and your detailed report will only help
to get the ball rolling here to take care of each and every one
of these problems to minimize any future damage and or more problems.

and explained everything to me. The report was great, accompanied
with many photographs to document and help pinpoint the problems.
The report came very quickly, and even though there was a need for

Jennifer and I were extremely impressed by Allen. He was prompt,

and in good working condition, he did find several areas that need
