Larry Newland has been performing home inspections
since 2000, completing over 2800 inspections. Before becoming a
home inspector, Larry had a successful career in the wholesale electrical
supply business. After working his way up from delivery truck driver
to ownership by 1976, he sold his electrical business and retired
in 1997.
Besides Inspecting, Larry enjoys music (he had his
own rock 'n roll band in high school and college, entertaining all
over the state!), boating, RV'ing, and traveling. After spending
a lifetime in South Florida, he and his wife, Jeanie, moved to Jacksonville
in 2007 to be with their daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful
little granddaughters.

While originally I was reluctant to spend $1,000 on
a Home Inspection, I finally decided to do so since I'm not acquainted
with Florida and its WDO problems. Larry & Rob made an excellent
team. I spent most of my time with Larry during the inspection.
Larry is the consummate professional. In addition, after I had my
new insurance company raise an issue, Larry was immediately back
to rectify the issue. Rarely can I say I get my money's worth,
but on this inspection, I consider it a wise use of dollars and
