inspections since 2008. Prior to becoming a home inspector and energy
auditor, Phillip spent 30 years in both residential and commercial
construction, overseeing projects ranging from homes to multi-story
hotels, restaurants, and medical office buildings. Phillip is a

The energy inspection confirmed what we already knew
about the house, but seeing it through photos showed us the actual
extent of energy loss. It also told us to get the areas fixed sooner

Phillip performed our energy audit -- the infrared
camera and attic duct inspection showed me what I need to do to

I wish the spray foam insulation was more affordable--$4K is just

The infrared camera was neat and showed a section
of the roof where the insulation was folded up. All we have to do
is fold it back down, but at least we know about it! The
inspector was very nice and professional and even Wally came out

Phillip was wonderful to work with. He met with my
husband and me so that I would be comfortable in understanding everything
in the report. Not only was Phillip on time, he was a delight to
work with. He was very comfortable to be around and answered every
question in a way that I could understand. He stayed with
us until we understood everything he had done and showed us through
his infared camera where we could make the home more energy efficient.
In fact we took up a lot of his time and he was so gracious about
