Air Sampling
for Particulates

This service is an analysis of your interior air “dust;” it’s basically “what’s in the air” (except mold). “Dust” is the layman’s term for the solid organic or inorganic particles that are in the air. Sampling for lab testing includes the following: Animal Dander/Hair, Pollen, Dust Mites (or Parts), Carpet Beetle Larvae, Insect Frass (feces), Insect Parts, Gypsum, Soot, Fiberglass Fibers, Wood Fibers, Cellulose Fibers, Synthetic Fibers, Human Hair, Silicates, Mica, Plant Parts/Hairs, Feather Barbules, Talc, Starch.

  • Samples are expedited to an accredited laboratory for analysis and processing
  • Final lab report typically takes 2-3 business days (from date of collection)
  • Lab report will outline what items are present from list above

Option 4

Air Sampling
for Mold & Particulates

This service is a more complete analysis of “what’s in the air,” air sampling for both mold and particulates (blends Option 2 and Option 3 into a single service). For those with health concerns, this service is most likely to identify possible substances in the air that may be causing a symptomatic response. This service also includes one outside control air sample for comparison.

  • Samples are expedited to an accredited laboratory for analysis and processing
  • Final lab report typically takes 2-3 business days (from date of collection)
  • Lab report will outline what mold species are present and in what concentrations, plus what particulates are present (from Option 3)

Note: Samples are expedited to an accredited lab for processing, and the lab generates your final report. All samples must be collected prior to 4:00 PM for shipping to the lab.
