If you’re not fully satisfied with the home inspection report provided by HomePro Inspections, we’ll do the following:
- Return your inspection fee
- Pay for an inspector or
your choice to inspect your home again
Terms & Conditions
Client must be present for the entire original HomePro inspection appointment.
Within 10 days of HomePro’s appointment, client must complete all of the following:
- Select a new inspection company
- Complete the second home inspection
- Submit to HomePro: a written request for refund, a copy of the second inspection report, and a paid receipt for the second inspection
Refund of the original HomePro inspection fee and reimbursement of the second party inspection will be completed by check, and that check made out to the client.
