To determine if home is connected to sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, call JEA Customer Care Center at (904) 665-6000. They will also provide the past year’s electric consumption if requested. For commercial properties, call (904) 665-6520.

To determine if sewer connection is available as part of the Septic Tank Phase Out, call Project Outreach at (904) 665-7500 or email projectoutreach@jea.com.

Please note that no information will be given out in person, over the phone or via email, per the City of St Augustine Public Works Department.

Nassau County

To determine if a home is on sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, call the Nassau-Amelia Utilities (which only serves the southern end of Amelia Island) at (904) 491-7373; no email available. Note that parts of Nassau County are served by JEA, see Duval County above (including Yulee, Bryceville, and Hilliard).
