Clay County
To determine if a home is on sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, call Clay County Utility Authority at (904) 272-5999.
*Note that Eagle Harbor does not have their own sewer/water; they are part of Clay County Utility Authority.

Duval County
To determine if home is connected to sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, contact JEA at (904) 665-6000. They will also provide the past year’s electric consumption if requested. For commercial properties, call (904) 665-6520.
To determine if sewer connection is available as part of the Septic Tank Phase Out, call Project Outreach at (904) 665-7500 or email projectoutreach@jea.com.
*Does not include Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, and parts of Nassau County (including Yulee, Hilliard, and Bryceville).

Beaches
To determine if a home is on sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, call Beaches Energy Services at (904) 247-6241.
Includes Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra, and Palm Valley.

St. Johns County
To determine if a home is on sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, call the St. Johns County Utility Department at (904) 209-2700 (office is usually open M-F 7:30pm -4:30pm, closed for lunch from 1-2pm ). Or, you can email utilbill@sjcfl.us.
Does not include the City of St. Augustine. For Ponte Vedra Beach and Palm Valley, see information above for Beaches.

City of St. Augustine
To determine if a home is connected to sewer/water, call the City of St. Augustine Public Works at (904) 825-1037 (office is open M-F 8am-5pm) or visit the office in person at City Hall, 75 King St. (4th Floor, Elevator “B”).
Please note that no information will be given out in person, over the phone or via email, per the City of St Augustine Public Works Department.

Nassau County
To determine if a home is on sewer/water, or to find out if sewer/water is available, call the Nassau-Amelia Utilities (which only serves the southern end of Amelia Island) at (904) 491-7373; no email available. Note that parts of Nassau County are served by JEA, see Duval County above (including Yulee, Bryceville, and Hilliard).
Does not include the City of Fernandina Beach and Yulee, Hilliard, and Bryceville.

City of Fernandina Beach
To determine if a home is on sewer/water and/or if sewer/water is available, call the City of Fernandina Beach Utility Department at (904) 310-3400, option 1.
