HomePro proudly offers a variety of inspection services which can accompany your comprehensive home inspection.  Plus, we are happy to offer discounted prices when bundling multiple services together!  Be sure to contact us to find out how to get the most value for the least amount of money!

  • WDO Inspection (Florida only):  “Wood Destroying Organisms; AKA “termite inspection”
A WDO Inspection is recommended to be completed during due diligence.  HomePro will inspect for visible and accessible evidence of infestation or damage from wood destroying organisms.  Includes (but not limited to) termites, powder post beetles and wood decaying fungi.  Click for more info on WDO Inspections.

  • Wind Mitigation Assessment (included with our Buyer’s Ultimate Inspection Package)
This service documents wind-related construction features and may result in significant savings by reducing the windstorm portion of the homeowner’s insurance premium.  Click for more info on Wind Mitigation Assessments.

  • 4-Point Insurance Evaluation (included with our Buyer’s Ultimate Inspection Package)
This evaluation documents the age and general condition of the roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for your insurance company, so you can obtain insurance coverage for the home.  It is not intended to replace a comprehensive home inspection, but is recommended to be added to your home inspection.  Click for more information on 4-Point Insurance Inspections.

  • Air Sampling for Mold
HomePro recommends mold testing in homes in which there are concerns of possible moisture issues, high humidity problems, or when an occupant is predisposed to respiratory issues – including those with asthma or allergies, and people with weakened immune systems (such as children, elderly, pregnant women, or cancer patients).  Mold spores are present in the air and can travel inside the home, where they may begin to reproduce.  Once a mold issue develops in the home, mold spores may then be inhaled by occupants.  Most molds are not dangerous and only cause allergenic symptoms in people; however, some molds have been linked to more serious conditions.  HomePro can conduct air quality testing and/or mold surface testing that will tell you what types of mold are present, if the mold is “current” or “former” growth, and if abnormal mold conditions exist that may pose health risks.  All mold samples are evaluated by a professional laboratory and a report is typically emailed 3-5 business days after the test is completed.  Click to get more information on mold testing.

  • Water Quality Testing
It’s best to know the quality of your water.  HomePro can test your water for bacteria and other contaminates.  HomePro has many Water Quality Testing options to suit your needs.  If your family includes pregnant or nursing women, babies, elderly people, or those with health issues, water testing is recommended.  Click to get information on Water Quality Testing.
