Brad Rushing joins the HomePro team after being an independent home inspector, owning and operating his own company since early 2018. Prior to becoming a home inspector Brad had a 14 year career as an environmental engineer where he was responsible for managing and directing all operational activities for his area plant.
Brad is born and raised in Fernandina Beach. He is a bit of an artist in his spare time and enjoys painting and making custom furniture.

Andy Toole has been performing home inspections since 2017 however he has been in the real estate business in various capacities, since 1996. Starting out as a real estate investor who purchased, remodeled and sold homes Andy then got his real estate sales associate license in 2013 to assist with growing his real estate investment company. He is now putting all of that experience to work as a home inspector.
In his free time Andy likes to spend time on the water, be it kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing or just hanging out at the beach.

Austin Barbour has been inspecting with Homepro since 2003 and has performed over 3,500 inspections. Prior to joining HomePro, Austin worked for 15 years with his family in new home construction and remodeling and is a native of Jacksonville.
When not inspecting, Austin enjoys being a single dad and raising his two sons, Tyler and Dylan. Austin and his boys are also active members of Christ Church (Greenland Rd.). When he does find some free time, Austin loves to play golf, camp, and coach T-ball. He also enjoys working with Golden Retriever Rescue. Michael Binaco has been inspecting homes since 2005. Prior to relocating to Florida and joining HomePro, he had a successful career as a home inspector in New Jersey. Michael has successfully completed well over 2,000 home inspections. When not inspecting, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and coaching/participating in their activities. When he finds free time, he enjoys playing golf, especially with his dad.

Larry Newland has been performing home inspections since 1999, completing over 4,200 inspections. Before becoming a home inspector, Larry had a successful career in the wholesale electrical supply business. After working his way up from delivery truck driver to owner by 1976, he sold his electrical business and retired in 1997.
Besides inspecting, Larry enjoys music (he had his own rock ‘n roll band in high school and college, entertaining all over the state!), boating, RVing, and traveling. After spending a lifetime in South Florida, he and his wife, Jeanie, moved to Jacksonville in 2007 to be with their daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. (Whom Larry loves to spoil!)

Fred has been performing home inspections since 2015. His interest in home inspections was fueled while building his own home in Magnolia Point. Prior to his career in home inspecting, Fred worked in the alarm system installation and home theaters industry. Over the years, he has been involved in real estate buying as well as renovating distressed homes for resale.
When not inspecting, Fred enjoys building computers and other activities involving technology. This interest led Fred to own and drive an electric car! Much of his free time is spent with his adult children and extended family activities.

Jim Wheeler has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction. Prior to joining HomePro, he was a Florida licensed Building Contractor as well as a Construction Manager and Superintendent for several large remodeling companies and builders.
Over the years, Jim has been involved in real estate in many capacities – as a licensed mold assessor, a mold remediator, an EPA Lead Renovator, and a real estate agent. When not inspecting, Jim enjoys spending his free time dancing, flying airplanes, and boating.

Anthony Masciello has been inspecting with HomePro beginning in 2021. Growing up, Anthony learned all trades through hands on experience. Before joining us at HomePro, he operated a general contracting and handyman business for 5 years and prior to that worked in Environmental Scientist after graduating from the University of Florida with a major in Agricultural Operations Management.
When he’s not inspecting your new potential home, he enjoys cycling and fine-tuning his skills in art through wood/hand carving or drawing. Anthony is truly a man of all trades and enjoys immersing himself in hands on experience!

Marvin Pittman joined us at HomePro in beginning in 2021. He was born and raised right here in Jacksonville, Florida and is a true Duvallian at heart. He took a brief hiatus from Duval to go to school at Auburn University and graduate with a degree in Logistics. When he’s not inspecting homes, he enjoys spending the day on the golf course, reading, or watching football.

Joe Galison has been doing home inspections with Homepro Inspections since 2021. Joe has professional experience installing home electronic systems, home audio video systems, home lighting systems and movie rooms. Joe also ran a handyman business here in the Jacksonville area helping people repair and improve their homes.
When Joe is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also is an avid vegetable gardener. He also enjoys bike riding, fishing and outdoors activities.

Tommy owned his own successful business for 14 years, with hands on experience and proven expertise in all facets of construction and remodeling. He is an active member of the Northeast FL Association of Realtors and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 daughters. He is an avid boater and enjoys fishing.

Ford Mullen is a Jacksonville, FL native from the Riverside area, and was a student at Bishop Kenny High School and Florida State University. Ford began his inspection career in 2014 by performing inspections and valuations for a local REO brokerage before joining HomePro’s team in June 2020.

Bryan Van Arsdale joined us at HomePro in the beginning of 2021. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Management Information’s Degree and worked in the Software industry for 20 years. Bryan worked with his family in the construction/remodeling business before college and continued on the side until pursuing his Home Inspection License.
